Riveredge Marina is the largest full service marina located on the Squam Lakes with easy access to Big and Little Squam Lake and has been operating continuously since 1939.

NHNY Marina Development, LLC and its development manager, Sippican Partners, LLC have re-developed the marina property and surrounding real estate for dockominiums and residential uses, respectively, while preserving the long standing marina business, with sales, storage, and service.

Squam River Landing is the associated boat club, and land development, with ownership opportunities available for open slips and boathouses - a rare find on Squam Lake - and soon to come, classic shingle-style condominiums on the hill up above the marina. Riveredge Marina continues to provide a high level of marina services to our clients, business as usual, with operating improvements and extensive sitework implemented to enhance our clients’ boating experience.
