Clubhouse Facts

• Fully furnished and heated room that is on the second floor of Riveredge Marina, with large attached deck looking out over Little Squam Lake. (check out the view!)
• Capacity of the room is 40 people / 80 with the outside deck
• 6 hour time limit per event

This is an ideal venue for the following events:

• Business Meetings
• Theme parties
• Event Celebrations (e.g. Birthday parties, anniversaries, graduations, etc)

Pricing

• $50/hr for use of clubhouse
• $25/hr for Squam River Landing Boat Club owners
• $50 deposit (due at time of booking)

Other Information

• Extra costs include bartender, catering, or any equipment or furniture not present in clubhouse
• Renters are responsible for all damages and/or cleaning
• Use of the showroom for events is reserved for marina sponsored events only
• This is currently not a handicap accessible function room.
